A maximum energy fitness party where teamwork, positive vibes, and good music take center stage. Join us throughout the summer for our outdoor bootcamps. Next up is Sunday Aug 16th at 11am on the turf playfield at Montlake Park! Sign up is free and the only requirement is that you do your best and leave all the negativity behind. If you're feeling the music, dancing is encouraged. Plenty of street parking available. LFG!
